Ordered a Barbour waxed jacket for my daughter late one afternoon and it arrived by DPD the very next day. Very impressed with service especially as I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour. This was quickly rectified when I rang the kind lady at the shop. Free postage and a good price for this item means I highly recommend this seller.

Hi, just a note to say thank you ever so much for the absolutely amazing shopping experience. I only found your website by accident after another online outlet for a Sheffield shop ran out of my size before I could order. So glad I have found your company and have bookmarked the page for future items.
The jacket fits beautifully — the colour is not what I expected having previously owned an Olive Hereford jacket. None the less I prefer this colour and it has pleased my wife as she does not like Olive and wanted me to get the Rustic colour. So domestic harmony is guaranteed!
Anyway thanks again and am so pleased with your super-fast postage and the price and quality is superb, I shall recommend you to my friends.

Hi Johnny, this is Colin Thomson again, sending a message of thanks for the way you helped me through the decision about the Barbour Ashby Winter and other jackets today. Especially the size question. Your comment about knowing quickly if it is right or best to leave it was spot on — it's like the old northern expression "if in doubt do nowt" and was just what I needed to hear.
That's the best customer service I can remember having in a long time. Anyway, thanks again and I hope to be a better customer one day.

Before placing my order with you, I had found a 'fake' website selling supposedly Barbour products at ridiculously low prices and had contacted Barbour to notify them of it. They replied giving me details of the page on their website where I could check that a supplier was a genuine Barbour seller — and I checked your company before ordering.
I placed my order at about 16:00 and much to my surprise, particularly at this busy time of year, I very soon received a notification from DPD that my parcel would be delivered the next day. The jacket is lovely and I am delighted with it — so much so, I'm sitting here wearing it indoors. I just don't want to take it off!
So I felt I must write to say thanks for your really excellent service and for using DPD as your courier. It has been a wonderful experience and I can't thank you enough! I hope all at Red Rae have a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. With service like this, you certainly deserve it!
