through the decision about the Barbour Ashby Winter and
other jackets today. Especially
the size question. Your comment about knowing quickly it is
right or best to leave it was
spot on. It's like the old northern expression "if in doubt
do nowt" and was just what I
needed to hear.
That's the best customer service I can remember having since
the time when I couldn't
be sure which size bicycle tire to get and the owner said
well take these two and
bring the wrong one back! (And I did.)

great. Just wanted to say thank you for the speedy
service. It was a last minute gift for my wife's
birthday and really pleased it has arrived with plenty
time to spare, hoping the size it okay but sue it will
be.
I live close to
the Barbour factory and I found you offer a wide range
of items at very good prices, even compared to their
factory outlet store. I will certainly look to use Red

Just a quick thank you for the great service you provide. I
ordered a Navy Annandale jacket from you on Tuesday evening
and it was delivered on Thursday 27th January. It fitted
lovely I was so pleased with it I’ve ordered another in
Olive! I’ve travelled 3 times to a Barbour shop in Beverley
and have been let down by their ordering process with the
jackets been out of stock! Even though they said they were
in stock. I will definitely be recommending you to all my
friends and family for great service.

Just wanted to say the jacket arrived tonight. Correct colour and
size, despite me trying to muck it up. Can’t thank you enough for
the totally amazing service.
The previous one I ordered last week which was too small is on its
way back for a refund (registered post). I would have just
exchanged but it wasn’t available in the bigger size.
Only wish I still lived in Hertfordshire (Hitchin) then I could

Hello,
Before placing my order with you, I had found a 'fake' website selling
supposedly Barbour products at ridiculously low prices and had contacted
Barbour to notify them of it. They replied giving me details of the page
on their website where I could check that a supplier was a genuine
Barbour seller and I checked your Company before ordering from you.
Satisfied that the product would be genuine, I placed my order (below)
at about 16:00 yesterday, and much to my surprise, particularly at this
busy time of year, I very soon received a notification from DPD that my
parcel would be delivered today. At about 17:15 I received a phone call
from you apologising that the DPD van hadn't turned up and therefore
delivery would be delayed until Monday, but later in the evening I
noticed that DPD were saying the package was on its way to my local
depot - so I guess the van arrived just before you all went home?
This morning DPD messaged me to say my parcel would arrive between 09:45
and 10:45 and the van arrived at _exactly_ 09:45 delivering my jacket.
The jacket is lovely and I am delighted with it. So much so, I'm sitting
here wearing it indoors - I just don't want to take it off!!!
So I felt I must write to say thanks for your really excellent service
and for using DPD as your courier. They, too, always seem to deliver an
excellent service, arriving on time and keeping their parcel tracking
up-to-date. My heart lifts when I see they are being used rather than
other courier services, and they are, in my opinion, by far the best
courier service around.
So it has been a wonderful experience and I can't thank you enough!
I hope all at Red Rae Town and Country have a very Happy Christmas and a
prosperous New Year. With service like this, you certainly deserve it!
