Barbour products authentic and are they fake?
Answer: Yes our Barbour
products in our store are authentic. Barbour are extremely
selective who they choose to become authorised retailers, and keep a sharp eye on all
there accounts on a regular basis, they do not allow there products to be
sold from market stalls and non high street shops.
High street shops have nothing to gain from selling fake Barbour products,
if you come across a shop and you have your doubts we suggest you call
customer services at Barbour on 0191 455 4444, and they will be able to tell
you if they are a customer of Barbour and sold the particular products you wish
to buy from your chosen store and were sourced originally from Barbour.

retailer of Barbour products, we assure you all of our products are bought from the Barbour factory in
South Shields, and have been doing so since 1975, you can call Barbour on

There are so many Barbour websites how do i know what is safe?
A: Barbour DO NOT allow anyone to have Barbour in there domain name
EXCEPT Barbour themselves ,so if you come across
any website with Barbour in the www address, other than www.barbour.com &
www.barbour.co.uk and then they are strictly breaking Barbours rules of trading.
Barbour have many accounts
throughout the UK that sell genuine Barbour products, but if you have any

Shipping is only free if it is stated on the website, otherwise there is a small
charge.
Delivery charges and answers to when
buying online:
Please note the prices you see in the
shopping basket is what your card will be charged for .
The only time there is an exception to
this is when we do not state free delivery, and a small delivery charge will be
added, and we will endeavour to find you the cheapest form of delivery.
All the prices you see on the website is
the price you pay, all the prices you see include VAT .
Delivery to Europe and countries outside the E.U.
If for example you are looking to buy
something and you are from Europe, we will will add the cost of
shipping to your order. Coats weighing less than 2 kilos to Germany ,France,
Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, shipping costs between £10.00 and £20.00 depending
on the weight, shipping
to more distant European Countries costs £20.00 like Italy, however if the coats you order
weigh over 2 kilos we will have to charge you extra to help pay for the postage
costs.
For example, if you see a product
for £150.00 we will charge your card an Extra £10.00 bringing it to a total of
£160.00
U.S.A and
JAPAN charges are obviously a little more and it would be
a good idea to email us for a quote, but generally postage costs are between
£20.00 and £25.00.
Post:
If you wish to order by post, print off the
order form on your web browser, you can fill in the boxes with your Credit
Card numbers or if you like to feel safer you can call us and we will take
them over the phone or you can send a Cheque made payable to 'Red
Rae' (please note if you paying by cheque and the goods are under
£100.00 please add £5.00 to the total amount to allow for post in the U.K. and post your completed order form to:
