Returns
PLEASE READ BELOW:
We offer 28 days unconditional approval on
any item purchased from our mail order department. We will supply full
refund on any item returned unsoiled or damaged within 28 days, alternatively we will simply exchange the product.
We do recommend on returning goods, you
obtain a certificate of posting from the post office so you can claim for loss
or damage. We are unable to compensate for parcels that are mislaid in
transit.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
As we are running up to Christmas, we
do offer extended returns until January 21st 2024, as we understand that
our customers are preparing for the special time of the year.
If your buying early for Christmas please
contact us and we will extend our return policy for you.
PLEASE REMEMBER :
Simply write on a small piece of paper, and put
the note inside how you wish to proceed,
also please put your order in the return note, and use a tracked service
and keep your receipt in a safe place as you are the legal owner of this
property, until the goods arrive with us.
As in the
event of your goods going missing in the post you will need your reciept
and tracking number to make a claim for your lost goods, as we will will
not be able to refund you, so we urge our customers to be very
responsible when returning their goods.

In the event of an exchange we
will not charge extra postage.

Please remember to keep your post
office receipt and your tracking number for your insurance and
future safety of your purchase, so you know it has arrived safely at
its destination.

Please make sure that the package
arrives to us folded correctly and with all tags attached, suitable
for resale.

If in rare occasion your item is
faulty or damaged we can offer alternative or exchanges.

Please make sure when goods are
returned they are not soiled by hairspray, perfume, makeup,
aftershave lotion,
pet hairs, a heavily smoked room, or anything that would devalue the product from being
resalable, as the return will be rejected.

Please
DO NOT USE BROWN TAPE OR SELOTAPE TO ATTACH A LETTER TO THE BAG OF THE COAT,
THIS WILL DEFACE THE BAG, CANNOT BE REMOVED AND WILL AFFECT YOUR RETURN.
Please send your return to with a
letter with all your contact details such as full name, address, telephone
number and order number and date and time you processed your order, so we can process your return as efficiently as possible.

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE RETURNING MY GOODS ?
If you find yourself in a situation where you need
to return your goods for a refund or exchange.
Please ensure you put your order number in with the package with all
your contact details so we can deal with your return promptly, otherwise
goods that are returned with no customer details will have to be put
aside until we have contact from yourselves, as we cannot deal with
returns while we have no knowledge whom the return is from.
